Teaching the world to read, one individual at a time!

Individualized Reading-Intervention Tutoring for Children and Adults

Building a world of readers

Our Approach

We teach reading from scientific research and evidence-
based perspectives, and take a clinical approach to
understanding each individual’s learning gifts and challenges.
Whether you are a beginning reader, or just need to brush-up
on your literacy skills, we are committed to helping children
and adults learn to read, or improve their reading skills. The
five pillars of early literacy identified by “The National Reading
Panel(US)… 2000,” Phonemic Awareness, Phonics, Reading
Fluency, Vocabulary, and Reading Comprehension, are
foundations of our interventions.

Most importantly, Genius Clinic Inc. prides ourselves with
providing best-practices “Expert tutoring” (Arlington, R.L, 2004), a missing
foundational pillar additionally identified as necessary in
reading instruction.

What We Do

We Address Multiple Reading Levels and Challenges

Our Individually tailored reading-intervention sessions are designed for a variety of reading levels and reading
challenges. Understanding that one size does not fit all, we design interventions based on background data and formative assessments. Adults and families with K-12 students will benefit from our specialized tutoring approaches.

Convenient Sessions

Arrange to be tutored at convenient locations. We can connect via zoom from the comfort of your home, or provide one-on-one, or small-group sessions, in prearranged public locations (libraries, etc.)

Flexible Hours

Parents and other adults will fit into our flexible schedules
